Mike Ragan, Preaching Minister

Mike and Eleanor have been at FCC since November, 2001.  They married in the Philippines in 1994 and were blessed with their first child, Faith, in July, 2006. 

 

Mike began as a Computer Engineering student at the U of I before getting a degree in Cross-Cultural Ministry from Lincoln Christian College.  He has held ministries in inner-city Kansas City, Missouri, and in National City, California. 

 

Mike grew up in Morris, IL, and is a BIG Morris football fan (just ask him about his glory days on the team).  Mike strongly believes in a "long obedience in the same direction," in team based ministry, and in making the most of the time Jesus has given us.  A good cup of coffee, his wife's pancit noodles and a good book are some of his favorite things.
